The complex of 31 properties features Juliet balconies, extensive balustrade to balcony terraces and a communal rooftop terrace enjoying enjoying spectacular long-distance views over the Wash bay and estuary.   The  balustrade  and balconies include glass infill panels combined with aluminium stanchions and rails specified in a white powder coated finish.
